Heat Pack - Mustard Check Standard Heat Pack approx. 34cm x 16cm Filled with Australian grown Lupins. Double lined for durability. To heat - Place pack flat in the microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds, if your pack is not warm enough then continue to heat for 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Place pack flat when heating to ensure even heat distribution. Do not heat for longer than 2 minutes. Heat packs can be a fire hazard if used incorrectly. Always check temperature before placing directly onto skin. Do not leave heated pack unattended, with children or on flammable surfaces.
