Storage Unopened cartons can be stored in the cupboard at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days. Alternatively, portion the broth into suitable freezer moulds and freeze for up to 6 months. The Beef and Lamb broths may turn into a thick jelly when chilled – this is completely normal. Chicken and Fish contain a different type of collagen and therefore will not gel in the same way.
