Aprilia Tuareg 660 / Tuareg Rally 660 top case plate

The LOBOO JP441W top case plate for the Aprilia Tuareg 660 and Tuareg Rally 660 from 2022 includes the tubular support, perforated plate, dedicated bracket, and all mounting hardware. The top case is not included. Which top cases it supports The JP441W manual lists three LOBOO series: PIKE TRACKER, TIBET, and CONQUEROR. Our catalog includes the aluminum PIKE TRACKER models in two sizes, 36-liter P36T and 45-liter P45T, in matte black or glossy silver. The mounting system is proprietary: top cases from other brands cannot be fitted to this plate. How to install it No drilling is required. However, the manual calls for removing some original components from the tail section before installing the support, and provides a dedicated bracket to install in their place: these operations are reversible and use the supplied hardware and tool. The package contains 17 components, including the support, plate, bracket, spacers, washers, screws, and wrench. LOBOO specifies tightening torques of 12 N·m for the M6 screws and 20 N·m for the M8 screws. The manufacturer recommends not fully tightening everything immediately: make all adjustments first, then perform the final tightening in sequence, followed by periodic checks over time. The manual is included in eight languages, including Italian. Load capacity LOBOO specifies a maximum load of 5 kg for the top case. This is lower than the limit for the side cases, which is 10 kg per side, because the weight is much higher and farther back here: above that threshold, it affects stability at high speeds. The complete set This plate and the JP441B side frames are designed to be used together on the same motorcycle: together, they form the set with two side cases and the top case. Material Neither the manual nor the LOBOO technical data sheet states the material used for this part number: for the series supports, the manufacturer specifies either stainless steel or aluminum alloy without indicating which one.
