The Impulse IFP1302 Seated Row is a commercial plate-loaded station from the IFP series, engineered to train the mid-back, rhomboids, lats and rear deltoids with a fixed, biomechanically correct movement path. Plate-loaded resistance gives a direct, connected feel with none of the cable wear or ongoing maintenance of a selectorised machine.
