The DS5-150 Long Life Knife Holder combines a 150 mm knife platform with a minimum slit width of 55 mm (2.165″) and patented Constant Side Load Technology to maintain optimal side cutting force for improved slit quality and extended knife life. Featuring automatic knife diameter detection, LED depth adjustment, tool-free knife changes, and a backlash-free double-axis guide system, it delivers reliable, repeatable performance in high-speed film, plastics, and nonwoven converting applications up to 1,585 m/min (5,200 ft/min). The P3137-0004 offers a single airline configuration and the P3137-0003 offers a dual airline configuration.
