(Years: 2019 - Present) This Alpha Competition intake manifold with integrated water-to-air intercooler directly replaces the factory plastic manifold fitted to the S58 engines found in the BMW M2 G87, M3 G80, M4 G8x, X3 M and X4 M. Manufactured from cast aluminium, it offers excellent resistance to high pressures and temperatures while optimising airflow and reducing pressure drop. Equipped with a 127mm-thick Bar & Plate intercooler core, this high-volume manifold significantly reduces intake air temperatures, which can be particularly problematic on tuned S58 engines. Supplied with an auxiliary fuel rail, a thermal insulating spacer and all required installation hardware, it also features 1/8" NPT ports for the easy installation of a water/methanol injection system or additional sensors. Capable of supporting more than 1500hp, this intake manifold is an essential upgrade from stage 3 builds and/or vehicles used in extreme conditions such as track driving, drag racing or hot climates.
