Made from first-harvest tea leaves, it’s carefully stone-milled using traditional methods to preserve its vibrant green colour, smooth texture, and rich, balanced flavour. The matcha has been roasted specifically to suit Australian hard water, ensuring a beautifully clean, floral, and creamy cup—naturally full of umami, without the bitterness. There’s nothing added, and nothing to hide the taste.
