Prüm 'Essence' Riesling

The Prüm name has been synonymous with quality wine production in the middle Mosel where the family has been cultivating vineyards since 1156. The estate is now owned and run by Saskia Prüm. Grapes are hand harvested in mid-October and undergo a gentle crush. The juice is fermented with cultured yeasts for several weeks in stainless steel tanks. After certain time of ageing in tank it will be bottled under Stelvin closure to preserve its fresh, youthful and primary characters. Aromatic, with scents of apricot, green apple and white peach. Fresh fruit flavours perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and a lot of mineral character.
