Stretch and Stitch w/Crystal

Stretch & Stitch Stretch your body. Settle your mind. Create with your hands. Unwind with a slow, warm yoga flow designed to gently stretch the body, release tension, and create a calming, mindful moment. After one hour of yoga, we’ll transition into 90 minutes of crochet, creativity, and community. Beginners are welcome! Your crochet hook, yarn, guided instruction, and light refreshments are included with the materials option. Please bring your own yoga mat.
