While distinct from early spring picks, this July harvest offers a robust, deeply developed profile with excellent clarity and structure. Sensory Profile Appearance: Fine, tightly twisted leaves with rich reddish-brown tones. Aroma: A bold, warm bouquet dominated by cracked dried longan shell (Gui Yuan), complemented by roasted sweet potato, wild honey, and underlying orchid notes. Taste & Palate: Smooth, rich, and clean with zero harsh bitterness or astringency. The liquor feels soft and coats the palate, allowing the warm, sugary sweetness to settle deeply into the finish.
