This limited edition coffee is the result of a special collaboration between Mokabon and Pablo Janssen, a Ghent native with a passion for coffee. In the fertile highlands of Chiapas (Mexico), on the border with Guatemala, Pablo runs the Finca La Gloria de Gante plantation — a nod to his hometown of Ghent.
