PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE on Stained Glass Fingering - Assigned Pooling Colorway

That wonderful crisp fall feeling is in the air as you walk into your favorite coffee shop and order a pumpkin spice latte. You hear the whir of the espresso and then watch as they add warm milk to the top. Then the barista sprinkles on just a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon on the very top. You take your warm cup of autumn to a comfy chair and pull out your latest project made with yarn to match, which is of course this very yarn. ;-) I dyed this as an assigned pooling colorway. YARN BASE Stained Glass Fingering is a soft and squishy 2-ply yarn made of 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon. The thing that makes this base uniquely wonderful is that one ply is made of white wool while the other alternates between black and white, so when I dye the yarn, it looks like leaded stained glass--or in this case the black lines in monarch butterflies' wings. Each 100 gram skein has 400 yards.
