Overview 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 9445 is a high-performance adhesive transfer tape featuring 3M™ Adhesive 350, a modified high-performance acrylic adhesive designed for high bond strength, excellent shear and peel performance, and reliable adhesion to a wide range of substrates. With a 0.127 mm (5 mil) adhesive thickness and a fiber-reinforced adhesive construction, 3M™ 9445 provides excellent roll stability, reduced adhesive oozing, and good handling performance, particularly in narrow-width converting and die-cutting applications. It is designed for bonding metal, high surface energy (HSE) plastics, low surface energy (LSE) plastics, powder-coated surfaces, and some rougher substrates. The adhesive also provides strong chemical, moisture, and elevated-temperature resistance.
