Country: Colombia Region: Huila Process: Washed Elevation: 1500 - 2000m Varietal: Caturra, Castillo Tasting notes: Caramel Wafer, Wildflower Honey, Greengage plum A real 'gem' of a coffee, Las Esmereldas comes from small scale female producers in Huila, Colombia. Despite facing a number of challenges, these women continue to use traditional methods to grow and process high-quality coffee with care and pride. We're incredibly proud to be the only coffee roasters in the UK to have this coffee and we hope that Las Esmereldas can be the foundation of our single origin offering going forward; delicious, accessible, impactful and available all year round!
