Luxury Spanish Pilates Retreat - 20-24 September 2023 - this retreat has now taken place

20-24 September 2023 This is a totally unique & boutique pilates and wellness experience. Brand new for September 2023 we are in Northern Spain. This 4 night / 5 day retreat will challenge, inspire and deepen your pilates practice or introduce you to the matwork, reformers & wunda chair, if you've not had a go before. Every detail of the weekend has been carefully considered to create a well balanced schedule of daily movement practices to include group mat pilates, magic circle pilates, reformer / wunda chair duets, small group aerial yoga, reiki, facials/massage/reflexology wellness treatments & cooking workshops. Join us in an architecturally designed Catalan masia in Northern Spain - a 5* haven for wellness and restoration just 20 minutes from Girona and 90 minutes from Barcelona.
 The retreat includes: Two daily mat pilates classes 1 x duet reformer/wunda chair session Aerial yoga Relaxation/Meditation 4 nights accommodation All food and non alcoholic drinks Cooking workshop 16m pool with plenty of room for lounging Sauna & Japanese Ofuro hot tub Mountain walks Not included: Travel to / from venue Travel insurance if required Additional private 1:1 and duet sessions Holistic treatments We have nine luxurious bedrooms available for guests - 5 twin rooms and 4 private double rooms. All bedrooms have been thoughtfully refurbished and feature their own en-suite bathrooms. A local Spanish chef will prepare all food on site - and there will be fresh juices and healthy snacks available through the week along with food demonstrations in the beautiful working kitchen. All pilates will take place in a calm and glass fronted studio, overlooking the pool and framed by a beautiful courtyard garden. The room also has 6-8 yoga hammocks and included in the weekend is an aerial yoga session. We are also offering reformer pilates, a duet session is included in the price of the weekend. Extra private 1:1s are also available. As are additional treatments. Guests can dip in to as much or as little as they want. There will also be lots of free time to chill out by the pool and enjoy Northern Spain in the late summer (approx temp at this time of year is 27 degrees).
