This course will look at important biomechanical concepts regarding spine strengthening and how these biomechanics change with aging. We will look at common spine diagnoses in older adults and outline how to effectively prescribe strengthening exercises that are safe and effective. The goal is to improve your clinical confidence and success in treating older adults with back pain.
