Stretch + Stab - Sunday Morning Movement Class + Cozy Crafting

Need to move your body but...like...in a super low key way!? We've got you! Come to our beginner stretch class with Coach Amanda of Encore Fitness to lead you through an hour of yummy, low-key, totally customizable stretch class to get your body and brain moving in the right direction to wrap up your weekend! Stay for the following hour after class to craft and vibe and support your mental health through staying unplugged, staying grounded, and creating something!! When: Every Sunday from 9am to 11am Where: Glitter Factory DSM Warehouse - 501 SW 7th Suite M, Des Moines, IA 50309 - take MLK to SW 7th, go south, we're on the left hand side in a business park building with sparkles on the windows! What to bring: We have everything you need! But please feel free to bring water, a snack, a yoga mat, or any mobility tools you want or need to make stretch class more enjoyable! Who: All ages and abilities welcome though we recommend 12+ Waiver: All guests must sign our waiver before attending their first class - thank you!
