Father's Day Mug Glazing Workshop

Location: Twenty Two West studio & storefront 2338 The Plaza | Charlotte, North Carolina 28205 Duration: 1 hour, 30 minutes When: Sunday, June 7th, from 4-5:30 p.m. Crafting memories for Father's Day: join us for a special Father's Day Mug Workshop! Pull up a seat at our work table to transform a handcrafted mug into a vibrant piece of functional art through the craft of glazing. Dive into a sea of rainbow glazes with your kids to create a design unlike anything you can find in stores, and once the kiln works its magic, you’ll have a food- and dishwasher-safe gift filled with memories. Your extra-special gift will be wrapped and ready for pickup Father's Day Weekend (June 19-20th, just in time for the big day!). This workshop is perfect for all ages and skill levels - and don't worry, our stain-prone friends, because our glazes wash right out of skin and clothes. Parents, join the fun with your kids under 16 (older teens can fly solo). Due to the creative nature of this workshop, there is a maximum of three participants per mug (example: one adult and two kids). If you have more kids who would like to participate, please register for another mug to reserve more space. To make the day even sweeter, we will have treats and chai for sale from The Chai Window, so you can sip and snack while you create your one-of-a-kind gift (we recommend saving a free hand for sipping!).
