Zooz Z-Wave Long Range 700 Series Titan Water Valve Actuator ZAC36 LR

This actuator connects to a Z-Wave hub to automatically shut off a water valve when a leak is detected. It requires specific valve and clearance sizes and includes a wired leak sensor.

• The actuator automatically shuts off the water valve when a leak is detected.
• The actuator requires 3" clearance to each side from the center of the valve, 1" clearance between the pipe and the wall, and at least 1.25" clearance between the valve handle and the pipe.
