Pour a small amount of Metallic Powder onto a clean dry surface, apply with brush, sponge or finger. For intense chrome makeup effects, Metallic Powder can be combined with Mixing Liquid to form a water-resistant, intense liquid metallic color that dries completely. Pour out a small amount of metallic powder into a bowl and pour in Mixing liquid and mix until you achieve the desired consistency of the liquid product. Dip the brush into the color mixture and apply directly to the skin. Let dry. Removal Remove with makeup remover, followed by soap and water. Storage Store cool and dry
