2025 Oaked Semillon

Sourced from the original Semillon block at Island Brook this Semillon shows the pedigree innate with a mature dry grown parcel of fruit. Pale straw/green the wine bursts with wonderful aromas of bees wax, dried fig and preserved lemon. A powerful and rich palate capturing the intensity of flavour seen in mature dry grown vineyards ensues. Juicy and tangy the wine finishes long and textural. Drink now or cellar with confidence to reveal a soft, rich and toasty expression of this variety.
