Jana Hocken Planning Grids

Designed in collaboration with Jana Hocken, these visual planning grids were created to help improve communication, accountability and day-to-day farm management across multiple farms. Colour-coded for each property and tailored to the team’s goals, these boards are a practical lean tool designed to keep everyone aligned and on track. This board consists of 4 x panels. Each panel is 900 x 1600mm and 3600 x 1600mm in total.
