Castello Poggiarello Nereo Toscano 2015 Super-Tuscan

Castello Poggiarello's entry level Super Tuscan is a blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. 18 months in oak and 6-8 months in bottle depending on the vintage. Lloyd's Wines say - Nereo is a gorgeously aromatic Bordeaux blend Super Tuscan for a great price. It's exceptionally rare, organic and handpicked. There are many wines for a much higher price tag that come nowhere near it. Versatile with food - try beef, lamb, veal, poultry, venison, cured meats or a rich tomato based pasta dish.
