As with all Lindores bottlings it has no added colouring, is non-chill filtered. Colour: Dark Chestnut. Nose: mellow fruity plum jam, caramelised muscovado sugar, Scottish butter tablet notes and cinnamon touches. Palate: sweet plums and dates, ripe apricots with baking spices and roasted chestnuts. Notes of apple and cinnamon pie at the back with a very smooth texture and a pleasant finish. Finish: medium to long with spices, honey and caramel notes.
