GM Mode Door Lever Link Arm Upgrade/Replacement (GM 52494022)

We designed this replacement Mode Door Lever Link Arm for our shop S10 Blazer when the factory one got brittle and broke. We couldn't find any in stock anywhere, and the GM part number 52494022 is now discontinued. So we decided to make a much beefier replacement arm for our vehicle - we even added a steel connection point to the vacuum actuator link pivot! Scroll through the pictures to see how we removed the factory broken arm with two right-angle picks through the glove box opening, we didn't even have to remove any of the dash! These are 3D printed out of high quality ASA material so they won't deform in the high temperatures on top of the heater box.
