PRELOVED DUNLOP Wylde Wah

PRELOVED DUNLOP Wylde Wah – Zakk Wylde Signature Wah Pedal Preloved pedal – please refer to the product photographs for cosmetic condition. Box, battery and power supply inclusion have not been confirmed. If you like your wah sounds big, bold and full of attitude, the Dunlop Wylde Wah deserves a spot on your pedalboard. Designed in collaboration with Zakk Wylde, the guitarist known for his work with Ozzy Osbourne and Black Label Society, this signature Cry Baby was voiced to deliver a thicker, throatier sweep that cuts through high-gain guitar tones without getting lost in the mix. The Zakk Wylde approach to wah is all about expressive, vocal-like lead sounds, hard-hitting accents and plenty of sustain. This is a particularly appealing pedal if you already enjoy the way a standard Cry Baby responds but want something with more muscle for rock and metal. Thick, Throaty Wah Tone Rather than a thin or overly sharp sweep, the Wylde Wah uses specially tuned circuitry to produce a full-bodied, aggressive voice. Rock the treadle forward for cutting lead lines, pull it back for a darker character, or park it partway through the sweep to find those snarling midrange tones that work so well with distortion. Classic Cry Baby Feel, Built for Heavy Playing Like a traditional Cry Baby, the wah is controlled entirely with your foot. The heavy-duty switch engages the effect with a firm toe-down press, while the 100kΩ Hot Potz potentiometer translates your treadle movement into the characteristic wah sweep. It's a familiar layout that's easy to use on stage and responsive enough for subtle phrasing or dramatic solo moments. Fasel Inductor and a Rugged Metal Chassis The original ZW-45 design uses a legendary Italian-made Fasel inductor, part of what gives this wah its distinctive vocal character. A rugged die-cast zinc housing, durable input/output jacks and a heavy-duty bypass switch make it a convincing choice for players who don't treat their pedals gently. The rocker also has adjustable torque, allowing the resistance under your foot to be tightened or loosened to suit how you play. Great for Solos, Riffs and High-Gain Rigs The Wylde Wah is especially at home with a distorted guitar sound, where its midrange movement can make single notes leap out and add an extra layer of expression to bends and vibrato. It also works for funkier rhythm parts and classic rock, so you don't have to be playing metal to appreciate its character.
