November 24th & 25th 2026 - Bring the flavours of a backyard BBQ to the dinner table with this hearty, comfort-food-focused cooking experience. Start with warm jalapeño cheddar corn biscuits served with sweet honey butter before moving on to the star of the evening: coffee-rubbed beef brisket, slow cooked until tender and packed with smoky, savoury flavour. It's paired with creamy mac and cheese and a crisp, tangy slaw to cut through the richness. Finish with warm bourbon pecan bread pudding and vanilla ice cream. Big flavours, classic BBQ techniques and serious comfort food.
