Las Cadenas Malvasía Blanco Seco

Las Cadenas is one of the newest wineries on the island, but with one of the most high profile wine makers at the helm. It comprises several plots distributed across the municipality of Tinajo said to produce the highest quality of Malvasía Volcánica on the island. The grapes are harvested at the optimal moment and with a high level of ripeness. The grapes are pressed with the stems present, and the must is allowed to settle naturally for 24 hours. After alcoholic fermentation, carried out with indigenous yeast, the wine remains on its lees for 6 months before being bottled.
