Italo Disco Rosato Pét-Nat, Lambrusco
Fizzy, fruity, and a little bit wild. Wild strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate and rose petal, fermented the old-fashioned way. Built for aperitivo, fried dumplings and tigelle, and a board of cured meats. Made by Vitivinicola Fangareggi in Correggio, just outside Modena. Bottled while it's still fermenting, so it pours a little cloudy.
