Honduras El Pepenance

El Pepenance is located in Santa Barbara, Honduras and run by Jesus Sabillon, who comes from a family of coffee growers (last season we purchased a coffee produced by his son, David). Jesus has been growing coffee since 2001, along with his banana and plantain crops, but began growing and processing specialty coffee in 2019. This lot of mostly Parainema cherries features a floral and citrus cup and we are very happy to be able to share it with you this season!
