Chrysoberyls are not as durable as sapphires or diamonds, but they are suitable for wear in rings. Chrysoberyl has a hardness of 8.5. To best care for this ring, we recommend washing regularly with a soft toothbrush and a grease-cutting dish soap. Do not wear this ring while using chemicals such as household cleaners or during physical activities, as these could damage the stone.
