Jimny Model Decal

These decals have each Jimny model and number with "改" (kai), meaning "modified" in Japanese, added to them. In Japan, if the engine is swapped or the suspension or chassis is significantly modified, this "改" is added to the model name section of the vehicle registration certificate. This is proof that the Jimny has been modified in Japan. One JC74 decal has the word "ノマド", which means "NOMADE" written in Japanese katakana. The Jimny 5 Door is named the Jimny NOMADE. The Jimny names vary depending on the country or region. Jimny has three categories in Japan; the lightweight minicar, the 3 Door normal-size car, and the 5 Door normal-size car. The lightweight minicar, a.k.a. Kei-car, has a 660cc engine (some old models have 550cc), and are sold only in the Japan Domestic Market. The normal car types have 1.5L engines (some old models have 1.0L or 1.3L), the same as the international models. In Japan, the Kei car Jimny is named just "Jimny", the normal car type 3 Door Jimny is named "Jimny SIERRA", and the normal car type 5 Door Jimny is named "Jimny NOMADE".
