Willett Family Estate 21 Year Bourbon 'Delilah's 21st Anniversary' Private Barrel Selection (Barrel C10)

Delilah’s originally opened in 1993 and is now considered an institution to whiskey lovers far and wide for its incredible selection of on-premise pours. To commemorate this anniversary, Miller partnered with Willett, one of his longtime collaborators, to release something truly special. Barrel C10 was bottled at 21 years old and exactly 100 proof—not higher proof like most other B/C-barrels—and was chosen from a selection of wheated Bernheim stock. Miller says he chose to bottle at this proof because he was focusing heavily on bottled-in-bond products, at the time. According to Miller, exactly 12 bottles were sold as part of the inaugural launch event in 2014; very few sealed bottles have made their way out of the bar.
