Original Highland Cow Pastel Painting – The Tartan Coos

Meet ‘The Tartan Coos’, a colourful family of Scottish Highland cows - an original pastel painting by Shirley MacArthur. Magentas, purples, blues and golden yellows stand out against black heavyweight art paper, capturing their shaggy coats, and amazing individual characters. Part of my colourful Tartan Hairy Highland Cow series, this piece brings a happy touch of Scotland into your home. This is the original pastel artwork, not a print. It measures 42 × 30 cm and is supplied unframed, ready for you to choose a frame to suit your space. A characterful piece of Scottish animal art for Highland cow lovers, or a thoughtful gift for someone who loves Scotland. Questions about the painting? Contact me at smacarthurpaintings@yahoo.com.
