Casa Carillo Battleborn Heroes

Casa Carrillo proudly introduces the Perez-Carrillo Battleborn Heroes 2026, the second installment of its limited-edition Battleborn series honoring America's military veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and first responders. Following the debut of Battleborn Warriors in 2025, legendary cigar maker Ernesto Perez-Carrillo returns with an entirely new blend for 2026. This year's release features a premium African Cameroon wrapper, dual binders from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, and a carefully aged combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. Handmade at the Casa Carrillo factory in the Dominican Republic, the Battleborn Heroes is presented in a 6 x 52 Toro format. The Battleborn project was originally inspired by Lionel H. McKoy, a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran who has served as Casa Carrillo's shipping manager since 2017. Through its Carrillo Cares initiative, the company continues its commitment to supporting organizations that assist veterans, military families, and first responders. Production is strictly limited to just 2,000 individually numbered boxes of 21 cigars worldwide. The 21-cigar presentation pays tribute to the traditional military 21-gun salute, and each box includes a collectible Battleborn dog tag. With an entirely new blend, distinctive packaging, and limited production, the 2026 Battleborn Heroes is a meaningful addition to the Perez-Carrillo portfolio.
