For us, this is an opportunity to work more freely with ingredients and flavour – and to create a condiment of the highest quality. A light and elegant condimento made from white Trebbiano grape must and concentrated juice from Italian oranges, aged for up to five years in ash wood barrels. Made exclusively from pure ingredients – without unnecessary additives. The flavour is fresh and gently sweet, with a distinct citrus character that adds lightness and balance to salads, fish and simple dishes. Content: 100 ml White grape must vinegar from white grapes. Contains sulphites as a by-product of fermentation.
