Roll Bag Dispenser for Dog Waste Stations

The roll bag dispenser on its own, for a post and can that are still good. It holds 1,000 roll bags, it locks, and it comes with two keys. It bolts to a 3 inch post with a pair of 2.25 inch bolts, the same way it mounts on our stations. It takes any standard roll, including ours. Every dispenser we sell takes the same key, so replacing one on a property already running our hardware doesn't add a key.
