This variety of garlic is suitable for fall planting. Bulbs- Red stripped medium size flattened bulbs. 8 to 12 cloves per bulb. Flavor- Medium sharpness, great for roasting, flavor is retained even when cooked. Planting- 1-2 inches deep with 4 to 6 inch spacing between cloves.
