We created a beautifully soft cocoa sponge as the base, then added a generous layer of reimagined caramel with a perfectly balanced texture - firm enough to slice cleanly yet still delivering that signature French buttery salted caramel richness. We layered in a treacle cream and finished with a classic Gü double chocolate ganache.
