Noriko Morita Harth Noriko Morita Harth is a Certified MSC teacher, and a Certified MBSR teacher. Noriko has been teaching MBSR and MSC since 2014. Additionally Noriko offers mentorships, Teacher Training programs, and practicum. Born in Japan, she moved to the States in 1985. Noriko feels that her life transforming journey of discovering and exploring mindfulness and compassion practices has allowed a more balanced life and identity between these two cultures. Noriko strongly believes practicing mindfulness and compassion, and bringing its principles into her life has and continues to help her grow as a person. She feels passionate about bringing these practices to other people's lives, especially to the BIPOC community. It is her mission to share what she has learned, what she continues to learn to our community. Noriko also offers courses and training programs in Japanese. David Fredrickson, MFT, Certified MSC Teacher Psychotherapist, Certified MSC Teacher, and author, David Fredrickson has worked with and learned from underserved and traumatized communities including at-risk children and families, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those affected by HIV/AIDS. Following his own health crisis, activated by caregiver fatigue, David discovered that his care often did not include himself. Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) became part of his own healing and as a MSC teacher he is committed to bringing this powerful balm to others. He is a MSC teacher trainer and was honored to be part of Chris Germer’s development team for the Self-Compassion for Shame Course. Registration Closes July 13th, 2027 at 3pm PT
