KTM Group 85 Fork Setup Kit – 2027

Krooztune 85 Fork Midpost & Valving Upgrade Fits KTM / Husqvarna / GASGAS 85 – SW & LW 85cc Designed for junior riders, this upgrade addresses the harshness and firm chatter of the OEM fork setup, delivering smoother action with improved support. A revised midvalve spring check rate works with a newly developed shim stack to provide more hold-up than our previous designs, while smoothing out the abrupt opening feel of the standard setup. The rebound valving is tuned to work with the bleed hole for a freer, more controlled return, reducing the restrictive feel of the OEM setting. A matching compression base-valve shim stack balances the midvalve for a coordinated fork package. Key benefits Reduced harshness and chatter. Smoother midvalve opening. Increased hold-up compared with our previous designs. Rebound settings matched to the bleed configuration. Balanced midvalve and base-valve damping. Fitment: KTM 85, Husqvarna 85 and GASGAS 85 — both Small Wheel (SW) and Large Wheel (LW) models.
