LEDPowersport® is developing a new Ski-Doo Gen5 and Lynx RGB LED headlight upgrade designed for select newer snowmobiles equipped with factory LED headlight assemblies. The goal is to combine high-output white LED headlights for improved nighttime visibility with color-changing RGB accent lighting, creating a complete replacement headlight solution specifically for Ski-Doo Gen5 and compatible Lynx snowmobiles. Development and testing are currently underway. Prototype development, physical fitment testing, electrical compatibility testing, white-light performance testing, and RGB functionality testing will be completed before the final production version is released. Ski-Doo Gen5 LED Headlight Upgrade Newer Ski-Doo Gen5 and Lynx snowmobiles use integrated LED headlight assemblies instead of the traditional replaceable halogen bulbs found on many previous-generation sleds. Upgrading these machines requires a purpose-built Gen5 LED headlight replacement designed around the factory mounting locations, electrical system, available space, and headlight configuration. LEDPowersport® is developing a complete replacement LED headlight system specifically for compatible Ski-Doo Gen5 and Lynx applications. High-Output White LED Headlights + Color-Changing RGB This new snowmobile headlight system is being designed around two primary functions: powerful white LED headlight output for nighttime riding and customizable RGB color-changing accent lighting. The planned system will maintain dedicated functional white headlight illumination for normal nighttime riding while adding RGB lighting that allows riders to customize the appearance of their Ski-Doo or Lynx.
