Description Fabric Fit + Care Monogramming Description The Luna Robe extends one of our most iconic silhouettes into our latest Nocturnal Magnolia print. Chinoiserie Dreams draws inspiration from historic Chinoiserie and its romantic interpretation of East Asian art. Discovered through research in the Mantero archives in Como, the print brings together delicate birds, florals and intricate botanical motifs in a richly detailed composition. Co-created with Mimi Thorisson as a celebration of her Chinese heritage and our shared love of decorative arts, Chinoiserie Dreams has since become one of Morpho + Luna’s most beloved prints, printed on silk in Como. The fabric is our signature 19-momme mulberry silk. Momme is the traditional unit used to measure the weight and density of silk; the 19 momme is the ideal balance of density, durability and fluidity, designed to keep its beauty over time. Dense yet softly matte, it carries a natural lustre and an effortless drape. The robe is built around broad sleeves and side seam pockets, finished with a coordinating waist tie that defines the waist for a flattering drape through the body.
