Hasegawa quotes a weight reduction of 30–50% compared with conventional plastic boards—a welcome difference when moving a large board between the bench and sink. Cleaning & Care SIAA-certified to Japanese antibacterial standards and heat resistant to 90°C. The board is dishwasher safe; follow Hasegawa’s cleaning instructions and temperature limits.
