Poul Cadovius 2 bay teak wall unit with hidden desk, 1960s

This teak wall unit was designed by Poul Cadovius and made by Cado in the 1960s. Its simple form provides elegance as well as very practical display and storage space. Overall set size is H: 198 / W: 164 / D: 40 cm. It features a spacious sliding doors cabinet, a drop-down door cabinet, and a bunch of open shelves. The wall unit has been fully renovated. Our team ensured all components fit together well. The wood has been cleaned and finished with a few layers of satin lacquer, very similar to the original, to enhance the beauty of the teak grain. The hardware has been repainted. The engraving “Made in Denmark” located on the back of the shelves confirms the authenticity of the furniture’s origin. Overall, in fantastic vintage condition with absolutely minor signs of use.
