Honey Bush Braggot

Inspired by traditional First Nations methods of gathering and soaking nectar-rich blossoms in water to make a nutritious drink, Honey Bush Braggot brings together beer and honey in an old-world style with a distinctly Australian character. We brewed this one with pure Banksia serrata honey from our friends at Tambo Valley Honey, creating a rich, toffee-like beer base layered with caramel sweetness and deep floral character. Jerra Ngia – Story You Story Me is a collaboration between Sailors Grave Brewing and Nura Gunyu. We thank Uncle Noel and Trish Butler for entrusting us with this project, and pay our respects to the ancestors and Elders, past and present, of the lands in which we dream, learn and live.
