The Ledger Nano S has been discontinued by Ledger. It is no longer manufactured and we no longer stock it. This page is kept for owners of the device and for anyone researching it. Its replacement is the Ledger Nano S Plus, which is the same idea done better: Far more memory. The Nano S held around 3 to 5 apps at a time; the Nano S Plus holds up to 100, so you stop uninstalling one coin to make room for another. If you already own a Nano S, it still works and your funds are safe. The device was never recalled and there is no security issue with it — Ledger simply moved the line on. Your 24-word recovery phrase will restore onto a Nano S Plus, a Nano X, a Flex or a Stax whenever you decide to move, because the phrase is the wallet, not the device.
