Sublime No. 8 is one of those things that improves almost everything it touches, with a warmth and acidity that suits fish and seafood particularly well. Melt over grilled mackerel or sardines straight from the barbecue, use as a baste for whole fish in the oven, dot over scallops in the half shell before grilling, or stir through rice and vegetables for a quick, flavourful result.
