APPROX 450-550G Kangaroo rump comes from the leg of the kangaroo. The rump steak is a versatile cut of meat that can be cooked on the BBQ, pan fried, roasted whole or diced or sliced. Kangaroo meat is very lean, so it is best served rare - medium rare. It also benefits from being rested for 5-10 minutes after cooking.
