The palate reveals a high intensity of favors of roasted almonds, cinnamon, wine, coffee, licorice and overripe fruits. The finish is long-lasting and dry with playful tannins. Flavors of shortbread, raisins and Sbrinz cheese round out the tasting experience, while the smoke reappears.
